Clubhouse Positions

Member Relations Manager - Responsible for the planning, coordination, promotion, and execution of the Club’s internal events, working closely with other F&B leadership, to create well-planned, engaging experiences in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Primarily Tuesday–Saturday, with flexibility required based on the Club’s event and operating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:  2–5 years’ experience in event planning, hospitality, private club preferred.  Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills. Detail oriented, able to meet deadlines, and set priorities. Experience creating promotional materials & digital communications. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and design/marketing platforms.
 
Event Planning & Execution - Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of internal Club events and member programming creating themes in cooperation with F&B leaders.

Cross Department Coordination - Serve as a central point of coordination for internal Club events, working collaboratively with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Golf, Racquets, Aquatics, Membership, and other departments to ensure effective planning and execution.

Member Communications - Create and distribute communications promoting Club events, programming, dining experiences, and other activities. Develop, prepare, and send event promotional materials, including flyers, signage, etc.

Support for Private Events - Provide planning and operational support to the Banquet team for private events as needed. Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site execution during periods of high event volume or when additional management support is needed

Tennis & Pool Positions

Racquet Staff - There are no opening in our Racquet Department at this time.

 

Grounds Department

Seasonal Groundskeeper – Golf Course  $20/hour | Thru November 
Join our team and learn new skills, enjoy the great outdoors, get in shape, and enjoy an outdoor employee buffet Tuesday - Friday. We are looking for team members who have a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate machinery, and use power/hand tools. This is a seasonal position thru November. Work hours are Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and either Saturday or Sunday morning 6:00 am -10:00 am.  Hours may vary depending on the weather, special events, or current projects.  

Requirements: • Current, valid Driver’s License; • Good physical condition; • Comfortable in all types of weather; • Good work ethic & stable work history; • Able to work independently & as part of a team.  If interested, please email your resume, including landscaping experience to [email protected].


 

Gatehouse Positions

Gatehouse Attendants - We are currently accepting inquiry forms and resumes for this position. Gatehouse Attendants work 6 hour shifts and must typically be avaialble for more then pne shift, which are 6:00 AM to noon, noon to 6:00 PM, 6 PM to midnight, and midnight to 6 AM.. Candidates must be mature, responsible, and able to work independently. This is the perfect position for a retired person.
