Get together with the ladies each week to do what you love best, play golf! The 9 Hole League tees off every Tuesday and the 18 Hole League tees off every Wednesday throughout the golf season.

2025 Women's 9 Hole League

The 2025 Women's 9 Hole League will continue to offer a fun schedule of events.  These events will include relaxed, assorted friendly games days as well as our Operation 36 days that are meant to improve your confidence around the greens.  Our schedule and roster will be posted on the website so please come to this page to see events and find our members.

SIGN-UPS for each week are made using the Bent Creek website or app. Please sign up no later 5pm on the Saturday before play. When possible, cancellations should be made using the website or app.

SHOTGUN STARTS are being used this season. In April and October, shotgun will begin at 9:30 am; May through the end of September, they will begin at 9:00 am. Should there be exceptions to these guidelines, it will be communicated to the membership in advance of play.

PAIRINGS are made by the Pro Shop’s tournament computer program for most events. We will have some events where members can pick their partners.  Prior to play you will receive an email with all tee times for Tuesday.  In order to speed up play, pick up after 10 strokes unless specified otherwise prior to play.

RAIN-OUT POLICY: The Pro Shop will declare rainouts and notify players by email if play is cancelled. There must be a minimum of eight players for tournament prizes to be awarded.

HANDICAPS are established after posting five 9-hole rounds. Please post all your regulation rounds. You will be rewarded! Handicaps help improving golfers receive recognition. The Pro Shop can answer your questions about establishing a handicap.

Information and Registration

It is that time of year to dust off your clubs and think about playing with the 9 Holers. We not only enjoy a friendly round of golf each week - but we also socialize, make new friends, eat lunch and have a great day! We hope that you will join us. To be a member, you must be 18 years of age or older.

 
MARK YOUR CALENDARS:
  • Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 – 9:30 am – Opening Day – Scramble & Luncheon
    • This event is open to new and veteran members.
PAYMENT:
  • Membership Dues are $100.00 for the 9 Hole League.
  • There will be no booklets printed this year.  Event schedule and Roster will be on the website.
 
TO REGISTER:
  1. Go to Bent Creek’s Interactive Calendar.
  2. Under Golf Events, Select Tuesday, April 1.
  3. Click on “2025 Ladies 9 Hole Registration” and you will find the registration form. Enter the requested information and your club account will be automatically billed $100.00.

2025 Women's 18 Hole League 

Sign-up: Sign up for play via the Bent Creek web site no later than Monday @ 9 pm.  You will get email confirmation if you have signed up correctly. Cancellation should also be made via the web site or call the pro shop. Standard tournament prizes will be awarded for full field play (minimum of 8 players). A lower level of prizes will be paid when there are fewer players.

In April and October shotguns will begin at 9:00 am, May - September at 8:30 am.

Rain-Out Policy: Rain outs will be declared by the Pro Shop. If bad weather ensues after a round has begun, a rain-out will be declared after a one hour wait.

Season-Long Contests: Ringers, Birdies, Eagles, Chip-ins, Low Gross/Low Net, are played and entered in the computer. Note: Only Ladies 18 Hole events on Wednesdays (except for Member Member which includes a Thursday Round) may be counted towards ringers, birdies, and chip-ins. The contest season begins April 1 and ends October 15.

Bent Creek Cup: One of the two partners should be designated to schedule the match during the first week of the appropriate round to be played. A match may be played earlier, but not later than the designated times. If scheduling a match on Wednesday, participants may not compete in the weekly event at the same time. 90% of individual handicaps will be used.

President’s Cup: Format is individual match play. A match may be played earlier, but not later than the designated time.  If scheduling a match on Wednesday, participants may not compete in the weekly event at the same time. 90% of individual handicaps will be used.

Most Improved Player: Handicaps will be monitored between April 17 and October 15. Candidates for MIP must have posted a minimum of 20 rounds (10 rounds must be played during league play) during the season.
Entry Fees: will be charged for all special tournaments: Club Championship, Member/Member, Bent Creek Cup, Stableford, The Roses Tournament, President’s Cup.
 

 

18 Hole Women's Golf
Information and Registration

You are invited to become a member of the 2025 Bent Creek 18 Hole Women's Golf Association. On Wednesday mornings we play numerous events such as, stroke play, better ball and other fun formats.

To be a member, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Full golf member status (18 years of age or older)
  • 18 Hole Handicap of Index 40 or less
Women’s Central Pennsylvania Golf Association (WCPGA)
 As a member of Bent Creek, you also can play with the WCPGA. This group offers individual and team competition throughout the season as well as open play dates at WCPGA clubs. You can sign up for WCPGA when you register online for the 18 Hole group. WCPGA fee are $40.
 
Women’s Golf Association of Philadelphia
 This is a great opportunity to play some of the finest golf courses in the Philadelphia area for just the cost of a cart or caddy. Register at www.wpagolf.org. The registration fee is $95.
 
Mark Your Calendars
 Wednesday, April  23, 2025 is Opening Day!  We will be having a dinner later in the evening this year.
 
Payment
 Membership Dues for the Bent Creek 18 Hole Women’s Golf Association are $125. Should you choose to join the WCPGA, your account will be charged an additional $40. All events and rosters will be here on the website.
